Who sees what?

On the public job board the employer stays hidden – you see its name as soon as the position is suggested to you in matching. The company first sees your profile without your name, contact details or photo. Only when you show interest does it see your name, contact details and CV. If only the company shows interest, you remain anonymous. If both sides show interest, the chat opens.
